Exchanges & Returns

At VOEVE, we prioritize hygiene and therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear.

If your item is defective or damaged, you may request a refund or exchange by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and include proof of purchase.

We are an online-only brand and do not offer a physical return location. Please contact us directly for any inquiries.

Refunds

Once your item is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please check with your bank or card provider. If needed, reach out to us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours to request an exchange for the same item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued if eligible. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
