We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item is defective or damaged, you may request a refund by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

We are an online-only brand and do not offer a physical return location. Please contact us directly for any return inquiries.

Refunds

Once your item is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours to request an exchange for the same item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued if eligible. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
